Daily and Weekly

RV and camping rates are based on occupancy of one or two people and include water, sewer, 30 or 50 amp electric, Wi-Fi with at home speeds for streaming, and TV with satellite and antenna. More than two people over 7 years of age is an additional $5.00 per person / day.

Additional Information

Check in time is 1:00PM. Check out time is 12:00PM. Stays past noon are charged $4.00 per hour until 3:00PM and a full day charge after 3:00PM. Reservation requests must be guaranteed with a credit card. We honor Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Reservations booked online require full payment. Credit Card Payments Accepted at Sundermeier RV Park

Cancellations

A $10.00 cancellation/processing fee is charged if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Reservation cancellations made any later than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival are susceptible to a one night fee. For cancellation purposes, check-in time is 12:00PM. To avoid any cancellation/processing fees, consider changing your dates and visiting us another time!

Payment Policy

A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Sundermeier RV Park to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.

Rallies, Caravans, & Groups Are Welcome!

If you are looking for a great area and RV Park for your members, our group coordinator is very knowledgeable about the St. Charles/St. Louis area and can assist you with as much or as little as you need to plan a perfect event for your group. Our air conditioned event room can be made available for your complimentary use, based on the number of sites/nights you and your group are staying with us. We also can provide catering to your group for an additional fee. It does not matter if you have a large or a small group, we would be happy to host your event.
